Century 21 At Tahoe Paradise Application Policies

Application times may take up to 3 business days.

EACH applicant over 18 years of age who will be residing in the unit must complete in its entirety and sign Century 21 At Tahoe Paradise  “Rental Application” form and provide a non-refundable $25 application fee.  Incomplete applications will cause delays.  At Century 21 At Tahoe Paradise  we base our tenant selection on the following criteria:

• Good Credit - two years of good credit history.
• Good Rental History - 2 years of verifiable references from current or past landlord(s).
• Verifiable Income - Applicants must have a monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly amount.

We no longer accept co-signers.

Please drive by any property that may be of interest to you.  Should a property be unavailable at the time please be courteous of the tenants privacy and don’t go on the property.
